The Millhouse

Roaring Fork Mill began with a 12” Meadows Mill grist mill, a duck-taped funnel, tabletop sifter, and a garage-turned-millhouse. For three years, we worked this mill to the ground (no pun intended), and boy did she perform. Eventually, we upgraded to a 48” New American Stone Mill, mechanical sifter, and a humble facility to house it all.
