Our Rouge de Bordeaux wheat hails from Shining Mountains Farm in Snowmass, Colorado. A Roaring Fork Mill staple, Rouge de Bordeaux is used in our pancake mix and heritage bread flour and also sold as whole berries for the tabletop miller.
