Our blend of ancient and heritage grains for unique, light, and extra fluffy pancakes. This mix combines Einkorn, White Sonora, Rye, and Rouge de Bordeaux flour.

Directions:

• Preheat oiled griddle

• Combine 1C flour, 1C milk, 2T butter, and 1 egg

• Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes

• Scoop 1/4C onto griddle and flip when bubbles begin to form
