Heritage 4-Grain Pancake Mix, 1.5 lb

Our blend of ancient and heritage grains for unique, light, and extra fluffy pancakes. This mix combines Einkorn, White Sonora, Rye, and Rouge de Bordeaux flour.

Directions:

• Preheat and oil griddle
• Combine 1 cup pancake mix, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil, and 1 egg
• Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes
• Scoop ¼ cup onto griddle and flip when bubbles begin to form
  
• To make waffles: Use ¾ cup milk, 3 tablespoons melted butter or oil, and 2 eggs. If you prefer lighter waffles, separate the eggs, add the yolks to the batter, beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the batter.
