Ryman Rye.
An ancient grain from grass — rather than wheat — rye was used as a cereal for centuries in Central and Eastern Europe. Still known today as a ‘pseudo-cereal’ crop, rye brings unique flavors and colors to baked goods, cereals, biscuits, and even rye whiskey. Roaring Fork Mill ryman rye is regeneratively grown at Jones Farms Organics in Hooper, Colorado.
